Spices from the kitchen can be fun...and functional. Here people learned how to make goldenrod colored paper from a common spice - turmeric. The same spice used to color yellow mustard. Just making neat colored paper is not enough for us. Dab or spray a bit of windex with ammonia on the paper. WOW! What a great red color.
