The Department of Chemistry is very interested in hearing from former students. This page is devoted to helping us keep in touch with our old friends, helping them keep in touch with each other, and keeping everyone informed about what is happening here at EMU. A newsletter is published each year that chronicles department history, and future endeavors.

Alumni and Awards Banquet
The Department of Chemistry hosts an annual Alumni and Awards Banquet each spring, at which outstanding chemistry students are recognized. Awards are presented for high performance at all course levels, from freshman through senior. Parents and friends are welcome, and many alumni return to renew old friendships. If you are a current student and have declared a major in the Chemistry Department, you may attend the banquet free of charge, as our guest.
